I don’t make promises lightly. I was raised to believe that my word means everything, and my handshake is a contract. That’s why, when you retain me as your attorney, it’s me you’re going to get — not an associate.
In the same sense, when I say I’m going to help you through your situation, I don’t mean I’ll start helping you then abandon ship when things get tough or the case escalates to the courtroom. I mean that I will guide you through the claim process from start to finish, acting as your counselor, advocate, and — if it comes down to it — trial attorney.
Every case is different, and so I can’t in good conscience promise any certain outcome. What I can promise, though, is that I will push for compensation that is fair to you and appropriate to the circumstances of your case.
